If you park on the surface lot, the smoke smell won't be an issue at all. There really isn't a lot they can do about that, unfortunately. All public facilities in Ohio are non-smoking so the elevator will often reek of smoke from the smokers crowding in after being outside. If you're coming in from the garage, you'll have to take the elevator. The casino is actually considered to be on the 3rd floor (there are two underground floors for deliveries and so forth and then upper floors for offices and such).
The garage, unknown to most people is free unless you use the valet. First of all parking is ample and well lighted. Our overall impression is very favorable.
